Service Delivery Policy

Jaipurmall sells online advertising and listing services on JaipurMall.in. We do not sell or ship any physical products, so there are no shipping charges.

How services are delivered

• Premium Shop Listing: activated on your shop page within 1 working day after payment and receipt of your shop details and photos.
• Featured Offer: goes live on the dates you booked (we need the offer details at least 1 working day before).
• Homepage Banner: goes live within 2 working days after we receive and approve the banner image.
• Event promotion / sponsored article: published on the date agreed in writing.

We confirm activation by WhatsApp, SMS or email with a link to the live page. Service periods (week, month, year) start from the activation date.

Pricing

Current prices are listed on our Advertise page. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Delays

If we cannot start your service on time, we will tell you and either extend the service period or refund you, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
