Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how JaipurMall.in ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects information when you use our website to find malls, shops, food courts and offers in Jaipur.

Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide through forms on this site, such as your name, mobile number, WhatsApp number, email and message, when you use features like Add Your Shop, Claim Your Listing, Contact Us, or commercial space enquiry forms.

Reviews, Photos and Business Requests

When you post a review or upload a photo, we store the name you enter, your rating, text or photo, and a one-way coded version of your IP address (used only to stop spam and duplicate reviews - the IP address itself is not stored). Reviews and photos are checked by our team and may be shown publicly on the mall page with the name you entered. You can ask us to remove your review or photo at any time through the contact page.

When you send an advertising or listing request, we store your name, mobile number and message to contact you about it.

If you subscribe to offer alerts, we store your email address (and the mall you chose) only to send you offers. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Accounts

If you create an account, we store your email address, the name you choose, your points and the reviews or photos linked to it. We sign you in with a one-time link sent to your email; we never ask for or store a password. Shop owners who manage a listing can edit that shop's public details.

Jobs

Job posts are published with the contact details the employer provides. Job seekers contact employers directly; we do not collect CVs.

Analytics and Advertising

We count page visits per day (without storing who visited) to see which pages are useful. If enabled, Google Analytics and Google AdSense may set cookies to measure visits and show ads; see Google's privacy policy for details.

Location Data

Our "Malls Near Me" tool asks for your browser location only to find malls near you. Your coordinates are sent to our server to calculate distances and are not stored in our database.

If you are outside Jaipur, your approximate coordinates are also sent to a map service to find malls around you: OpenStreetMap's Overpass API, or Google Maps (Places API) if enabled. Those services handle the request under their own privacy policies. To avoid repeated lookups, results for an area of roughly 1 km may be cached on our server for up to 24 hours, without any link to you.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to respond to enquiries, review shop listing requests, verify claim requests, and improve the relevance of our mall, shop and offer listings. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Cookies and Analytics

We may use basic analytics tools to understand site usage and improve our content. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies in line with standard web analytics practices.

Third-Party Links

Our site may link to third-party services such as Google Maps for directions. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party websites.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical measures, including secure password storage, CSRF protection and input validation, to protect the information submitted through our forms.
